All of the employees of MLO are committed to respecting the confidentiality of our clients business, and ensuring your information is secure as possible. Below are the more significant steps we have taken.

  • Firewall protection:
    A proxy server, and hardware firewall for added security, protect our server from unauthorized access by users outside our system.
  • Email security:
    We offer the option of secure email address to our order-taking clients. We will host an email address specific to our client on our mail service “mail.myliveoperator.com”. Mail can only be picked up by direct access with userid and password authorization on this mail server and no other. Mail forwarding or mail aliasing is not allowed or encouraged.
  • Physical security:
    We have controlled access to our building, and to our offices inside the building. Our telecom and computer room also has controlled access. Access is made only by a combination number.
  • Employee confidentiality policy:
    Internally, we restrict access to all personally identifiable information and Client sensitive information to employees who need access to the information in order to do their jobs. Every employee signs a nondisclosure agreement, which provide explicit confidentiality protections. Any employee who violates our privacy or security policies is subject to possible termination and civil and/or criminal prosecution.
