Can my business have local presence in other countries?

When can I start using it and how long does it take to set up?

You are able to start using the service immediately after it has been set up which usually takes just a few minutes. As soon as it's set up we immediately start taking your calls as per your requirements. No other company offers instant activation!

Do you give me a number and is it exclusive to me?

Yes we do, we dedicate an exclusive number to each client. This number can be used on its own for business cards, letterhead or advertising promotions. If you have an existing number then you can simply call forward or patch your existing number to us to have your calls answered seamlessly by our receptionists.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription?

Yes you are able to upgrade or downgrade at any time to a more suitable subscription that suits your requirements and budget.

Is there a contract or lengthy agreement?

MyLiveOperator offers a month to month agreement and do not believe in lengthy contracts or agreements as our focus is to provide a quality service to our clients and take pride in our professionalism as a receptionist service. The vast majority of clients that use our services would continue to do so for the duration of their business.

How do I pay for the service?

Our billing system is fully automated. We accept credit card payment only including Mastercard, Visa and AMEX. All invoices are viewable and kept on line. We also email invoices each month to save paper.

Can you transfer calls to a staff member?

Yes we are able to transfer calls to any staff member on any phone (landline or cell phone) anywhere in the world. Our system can keep details of all staff members and these details can be changed at any time from our online portal.

Are you able to answer only some of our calls?

Yes. This is referred to as call overflow. Many businesses only want the calls answered when they are unable to, for example if you step out of the office for an hour or so, if you're on another call, at lunch, or simply because you have too many calls at one time. We can answer your phone if it rings for more than 5 rings, or if its engaged it will divert automatically to us as if we were sitting next to you. Never miss that important call again.

Can I use the service for a day, week or month?

Yes you are able to use our service for an hour, a day, a week, whenever you need to.
